Every home is different, and we treat the budget as a design decision — made early and honored throughout. Most full-service commissions begin around $50K and scale with scope; in our first conversation we will align on a range that serves your home well.
A considered refresh may take a matter of weeks. Full furnishing commissions typically unfold over four to nine months, and new builds run alongside construction from blueprint to install day. We never rush a home that deserves patience.
Gladly — it is where some of our best work happens. We join the table from blueprint, coordinating selections, finishes, and details directly with your builder so nothing is decided twice or regretted once.
Yes. A collected home honors what you love. We weave inherited, sentimental, and well-chosen existing pieces into the design — and quietly retire the ones that no longer serve the room.
