Every home is different, and we treat the budget as a design decision — made early and honored throughout. Most full-service commissions begin around $50K and scale with scope; in our first conversation we will align on a range that serves your home well.
A considered refresh may take a matter of weeks. Full furnishing commissions typically unfold over four to nine months, and new builds run alongside construction from blueprint to install day. We never rush a home that deserves patience.
Gladly — it is where some of our best work happens. We join the table from blueprint, coordinating selections, finishes, and details directly with your builder so nothing is decided twice or regretted once.
